Return & Replacement Policy

At Irthlife, we strive to ensure that every order reaches our customers in perfect condition.

Due to the consumable nature of our nutritional products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement may be provided only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • The package is received with a broken, tampered, or compromised seal.
  • The customer receives an incorrect product.

To request a replacement, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team at care@irthlife.com and providing:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

All replacement requests are subject to verification by Irthlife. Upon successful verification, a replacement of the same product will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

No Refund Policy

As Irthlife products are nutritional and consumable in nature, all sales are final.

No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, taste preference, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction after opening or consuming the product.

Right to Refuse Claims

IRTH LIFE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to reject any replacement request if:

  • The claim is raised beyond 48 hours from delivery.
  • Insufficient evidence is provided.
  • The product has been used, consumed, or intentionally damaged.
  • The claim is found to be fraudulent or misleading.
